Meaning, you and your partner can sign as your own witnesses. No officiant required! By acting as your own witnesses, you and your partner can really have that intimate, stress-free adventurous elopement. Colorado makes the top of our best US elopement locations for a reason!

Utah

Everything You Want in One Place

Home to some of the most diverse and stunning landscapes! Forested mountains to red rock deserts, Utah has it all.  Are you planning a backpacking elopement? What about rock climbing in Southern Utah? Or maybe a hot air balloon ride in Moab? These are all possibilities in Utah!  The best part about Utah? It is gorgeous year-round! Utah has some of the most gorgeous landscapes. 

One of our all-time favorite Utah locations: Moab. The way the red rocks shine against the bluebird sky combined with the vastness of the desert makes this location one to put on the top of your list of adventure elopement locations. Washington State

One Word: Extraordinary

Washington State is something else.  Wild, breathtaking, stop-you-in-your-tracks kinda landscape.  If you are looking for a location that offers it all, Washington is that place.  In Washington, you can craft a wedding experience unlike anything else.  Rent a cute A-Frame in the Mt. Hood Wilderness or hit the slopes for a pre-ceremony snow day.  Maybe you’ve got a backpacking elopement on your mind.  Beaches, mountain ranges, forests, and desert. Everything you could ever dream about for your elopement exists in Washington!

What I absolutely love about Washington is just how lush and lively the vegetation is year-round.  Yet, you can escape above treeline any time you want! Here is a list of the best places to elope in Washington:
