The crystal-clear lake, surrounded by towering peaks and lush forests, is one of the most peaceful places to say your vows. You can even choose a lakeside ceremony or venture on a short hike for sweeping mountain views. This historic mining town, nestled in the Tenmile Range, offers stunning mountain views while providing the convenience of a town for after-ceremony celebrations. You’ll find a variety of spots to say your vows, whether it’s at one of the picturesque Boreas Pass scenic overlooks or a nearby alpine lake, there is something for everyone here!

Breckenridge also offers great accommodations, dining, and activities, making it perfect for couples who want the convenience of a town while still being immersed in mountain beauty. For winter elopements, the town takes on a magical feel with snow-covered peaks and charming streets, making it an ideal spot for a cozy, intimate celebration.

  • Ideal season:

There are tons of activities year round that you can include in your elopement as well.
