Reservations open exactly six months in advance on a rolling basis at 8:00 AM MST. For example, if you want a popular Saturday in September, you need to be at your computer on that exact morning in March. - The 2026 Pricing:
For the 2026 season, the reservation fee is $142 for peak season (May 1st through September 30th) and $120 for the remainder of the year. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid at the time of booking. - The Time Slots:

The Guest Limit: 30 People Total
In 2026, the maximum group size is strictly capped at 30 individuals. This number includes the couple, all guests (including children), and every vendor present, such as your photographer, videographer, and officiant. The Rangers do check permits frequently, so staying under this limit is essential.
Parking and Transportation
Parking is often the biggest hurdle at Sapphire Point. Your reservation only grants you two dedicated parking spaces in the small lot. We strongly suggest having your guests carpool or hiring a local shuttle service to drop everyone off. It costs $30, and you can use it immediately.
